A Muncie, Indiana man, Michael Wayne Foster, 28, was arrested and charged with four felonies and five misdemeanors after he crashed his Jeep into a house injuring multiple people. Those charges include operating while intoxicated, public intoxication, leaving the scene of an injury accident, disorderly conduct, intimidation and resisting arrest according to Fox59.
Additionally, he’s charged with battery by bodily waste for allegedly spitting blood repeatedly on the officers who arrested him and medical staff at the hospital where he was taken for treatment immediately after the crash. Police said Foster also threatened to attack and assault nurses and officers.
Foster was supposedly driving 80 MPH while “chugging Fireball whisky” when his Jeep crashed into the home. He admitted to chugging Fireball, but also added “I wouldn’t have even hit the house if it wasn’t for these shitty Muncie roads.”
