If ya can’t beat ’em, troll ’em… or something like that.

Morgan Wade has a new music video out today, which co-stars actress and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.

In case you aren’t a Housewives fan like I am (I know, maybe not my best quality), rumors have been swirling for about a month or so now that the pair might be in a romantic relationship, which really ramped up after Kyle announced her separation from husband Mauricio Umansky in July.

And while it’s a seemingly an unlikely duo regardless of their relationship status, Kyle previously said she became a Morgan Wade fan immediately after discovering her music on road trip playlist a little while back, and they became fast friends after that.

They’re often pictured together on Kyle’s Instagram, and she’s even reportedly producing a documentary on Morgan life:

And ahead of the music video release today, Kyle and Morgan joked that, since there are rumors about them all over the internet and people won’t stop talking about them, they figured they give them something to really talk about:

“I’ve done several music videos, and every time there’s someone in it, they always assume we’re dating, or something’s going on.

If you go on the Internet, you’ll see people are obsessed with us being friends.

We thought it would kind of be a good idea to kind of poke fun at that and troll the trolls a little bit. The Internet is going to be popping off about this one, I’m sure.”

Kyle added:

“Well, if they are going to talk, might as well give them something to talk about.”

And they certainly accomplished their goal.

Directed by David McClister, Morgan finds herself daydreaming about her new neighbor who just moved in next door, and you see shots of her and Kyle flirting and eyeing each other until they finally give in.

It’s a pretty steamy video, and I don’t know if it really gives us any confirmation on whether or not they’re dating (they have yet to explicitly confirm or deny anything, either), but they definitely have a lot of on-screen chemistry, and I think it’s a brilliant marketing move on Morgan’s part.

I can’t wait for this whole album to finally be out…
