As an avid Housewives fan (yes, cast your judgments accordingly now)… I never thought my two worlds of country music and reality TV would or could collide like this.
Rumors have been swirling for quite a few weeks now that something was happening between new friends Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards announced that she and her husband were separating, which made many fans speculate if something else was going on due to the quickly close relationship, she and Wade formed.
Many thought that the unlikely friends could be lovers, and instead of letting the rumors run without addressing them, Wade and Richards posed a fun response trolling the rumors in Morgan’s new music “Fall In Love With Me.”
“I’ve done several music videos, and every time there’s someone in it, they always assume we’re dating, or something’s going on.
If you go on the Internet, you’ll see people are obsessed with us being friends.”
Wade says in behind the scenes video promoting the music video that drops next week. In the video, Richards plays Wade’s love interest bringing the single’s heartfelt lyrics to life.
“We thought it would kind of be a good idea to kind of poke fun at that and troll the trolls a little bit. The Internet is going to be popping off about this one, I’m sure.”
Kyle Richards then chimes in, adding:
“Well, if they are going to talk, might as well give them something to talk about.”
With the recent announcement of Richards reportedly producing a documentary on Morgan Wade’s life, it seems as if their friendship is also turning into a business relationship. One thing that has come from this unlikely duo is that Wade’s music is being broadcasted to a much larger audience.
Morgan Wade’s second studio album Psychopathwill drop later this month, on August 25th.
