Walmart employees don’t get paid enough for this…
This lady certainly had an argument for a raise after she decided to take matters into her own hands. A female (doe, a deer, a female) deer made its way into a Walmart through the automatic doors and frantically ran up and down the aisles of the store. That is until the doe met this vested Walmart employee, who put a stop to the animal’s reign of terror once and for all.
Deer end up in these types of situations more often than you would think. Just recently, a deer wreaked havoc in a Sam’s Club warehouse store after showing itself inside, and another buck ruined a family dinner when it came crashing in through the front window of a burger joint. When it comes to jumping through glass and being where you aren’t supposed to be, there might not be an animal more guilty than deer.
So props to this woman for recognizing that a deer didn’t belong in a Walmart, and quickly putting it in its place. And its place, for the time being, was underneath the woman and pushed down to the ground. The Walmart workers tackled the deer down to the concrete and held it there until help could arrive.
As you might imagine, the deer wasn’t all that cooperative being restrained and held to the ground. In the video, you’ll see that the animal is still squirming around quite a bit, and is letting out some guttural grunts to let everyone in the store know that it isn’t happy with how things were going down.
The deer was eventually removed the store, and I hope to all things that are good and holy that the woman who subdued it got a raise in pay, or at the very least a big ol’ Walmart gift card. There aren’t a lot of people that are willing to wrestle with a wild animal like that, so she deserved to be compensated for representing Walmart and tackling the deer with the safety of others in mind.
