It’s hard being a Redskins fan these days.
One fan in particular, has had enough. That fan’s name? Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Dale Jr. has been a die-hard fan for a long time, however, after the Christmas Eve release of Pro-Bowl Safety D.J. Swearinger, Dale has gone public with his discontent.
The optics on all this is crazy. Claimed Reuben. Kept Mason. Released DJ….. on Christmas Eve??!?!? ????????♂️????????♂️ https://t.co/PBxxj6HDeH

D.J. Swearinger was released after he criticized the team’s coaching decisions, especially those of the defensive coordinator, Greg Manusky. So D.J. isn’t a “team guy.” Some guys aren’t and spend most of their careers bouncing around different teams, deposit their undeniable on-filed talent. However, signing Reuben Foster, who’s been arrested for gun charges, drug charges, and domestic violence charges, along with keeping Mason Foster after he said “fuck this team and fuck this fan base,” left Dale Jr. scratching his head.
I think we’re all a little confused Dale, but hey, you could be a Raiders fan.
Nothing dull about being a @Redskins fan. Full of surprises. pic.twitter.com/jxb39XpyZF
