Could a new album be coming soon?
We’ll find out Monday…
Koe Wetzel has been teasing, and outright saying, that new music is coming this year, and we’re definitely closing in on some sort of announcement.
On his music Instagram account earlier, Koe’s team shared a teaser of what appears to be the “9 Lives (Black Cat)” music video with a caption that says:
“Now that you’ve properly been introduced, big announce coming Monday!”
It also features nine different versions of Koe, including The Outlaw, The Jailbreak, The Drunk, The Lawyer, The Pastor, TheHigh Schooler, The Construction Worker, The Gambler and the “actual” Koe Wetzel.
But I have a feeling there’s more to it than just the music video, though (I’m assuming that’s also part of it), because it just doesn’t seem like that’s as huge of an announcement as this is indicating… stay tuned:
Koe has released two singles so far this year, the aforementioned “9 Lives (Black Cat)” and heartfelt “Damn Near Normal.”
In addition, he recently announced his extensive, international 2024 Damn Near Normal tour, which is slated to kick off on July 27th at Cynthia Woods Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas and run through November ending overseas in Copenhagen, Denmark.
