Brantley Gilbert To Hold Benefit Concert for Families of Chattanooga Shooting Victims

When Brantley Gilbert heard about the Chattanooga tragedy, he couldn’t sit by.

Brantley called in to Chattanooga’s US-101 on Monday and said, “When I heard the news I just had tears in my eyes. It pissed me off, but at the same time I want to do everything I can just to see if I can reach out and help these families a little bit. My condolences to the families and all the people of Chattanooga. I really hope we can pull this thing back together. I talked to management this morning and we’re going to see if we can bump that up a notch. We’re want to do a full-blown concert for them.”

“We can’t ever give ‘em back (their loved ones), but maybe we can give ‘em something,” Gilbert says during a phone interview with US-101. “Me and the wife have been praying for everybody.”

No final details for the event have been announced – stay tuned.
