Big news from the Emo Cowgirl.

Megan Moroney is announcing what fans have been waiting for… her sophomore album. The Georgia native is exiting her Lucky era and entering her Am I Okay? era with the announcement of her second studio album.

Earlier this week, Moroney openly posted the album’s name on her social media, but since she has been on a kick of releasing singles, many fans thought it could be the title of a new song she is teasing.

Two days later, and even a full year after the release of her debut album, Moroney revealed the image was the name of her next record: Am I Okay? (and hopefully also the name of a title single.)

“MY SOPHOMORE ALBUM ‘AM I OKAY?’ IS OUT JULY 12TH!!! Wowowow, I can’t believe it’s happening again already.

My debut album came out 362 days ago & I’ve spent the past year doing nothing but touring, writing this record & basically living in the studio getting it ready for y’all. I love these songs SO much & I can’t wait for you to hear them!”

Given all the blue found in the promo for this album thus far, I think we can expect some sad girl country music throughout the album.

Moroney has yet to reveal the full tracklist, but we do know that “28th of June,” “No Caller ID,” and the song she is dropping tonight, “Indifferent,” will all be featured on the album. Moroney has also been performing a new song seemingly called “Man On The Moon,” which I hope appears on the tracklist as well.

I don’t know about y’all, but I can’t wait till July 12th to see what else is in store for this album.
