Sheesh, 1994 was special y’all.

But first…

I mean, right? They crushed the Anthem.

Now if you go on Twitter, many folks weren’t crazy about The Weeknd’s performance, saying it made them dizzy among other things. So, let’s go back in time…

If you need a shot of the ’90s, I have it for you in the form of Travis Tritt, Clint Black, Tanya Tucker, and The Judds. Some of country music’s biggest names at the time BROUGHT IT in Atlanta during the Super Bowl XXVIII Halftime Show on January 30, 1994 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

The fashion, the hair, the dance moves. Brilliant. Inject this into my veins now and forever.

The Cowboys ended up beating the Bills 30-13, with Emmitt Smith winning MVP.

This performance was the real MVP.
