Some animals show incredible levels of intelligence when dealing with a challenge, but others, like bighorn sheep, haven’t quite moved past the pure and raw violence phase just yet.
When push comes to shove, these mountain dwellers line up like old British armies and run headfirst at each other, colliding horn to horn in the middle with enough force to kill any person unfortunate enough to be there.
Bighorn sheep are deceptively large, weighing in at over 300 pounds, and are capable of delivering a strike with 60 times the strength it would take to crack human skull.
We’ve see groups of them go on an all out head slamming rampage, but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a hit like this before and I’ve watched a lot of football…
Two bystanders just so happened to catch two bighorns lining each other up and got the camera going right as the first hit took place.
To say there was a clear winner would be the understatement of the century…
The poor bighorn on the losing end was knocked completely stiff, twitching and shaking on the ground like all the life in it was being sucked out, because let’s be honest it was probably on the verge of death…
Fortunately it did get back on its feet, but when the attacker came in for round two, it got out of Dodge as quickly as possible.
Like Mike Tyson in his prime, this one was over early in round one…
