Another #1 hit for Morgan Wallen.
He officially scored his 11th career #1 single at country radio this weekend with “Everything I Love,” from his behemoth of a 36-song studio album One Thing At A Time.
It’s certainly one of the more “country” songs on the project, with some nice steel licks and a pretty upbeat production that is really fun and easy to listen to.
Written by Morgan Wallen, Ashley Gorley, Ernest, Ryan Vojtesak, the song also features an interpolation of the Allman Brothers’ “Midnight Rider,” and is part of the reason the song is so damn catchy.
It’s currently sitting at the top of the Mediabase chart, which is one of two charts labels use to officially track their songs performance (along with the Billboard Country Airplay chart):
Already certified Platinum by the RIAA, this is the fifth #1 single from One Thing At A Time, with the other three being “You Proof,” “Thought You Should Know,” “Thinkin’ Bout Me” and “Last Night.”
“Man Made A Bar,” Morgan’s duet with Eric Church also from One Thing At A Time, is his current single at country radio and will likely find its way to the top here pretty soon too.
