Post Malone is coming to a country radio station near you.

He made his country debut at the CMA Awards last night when he took the stage with Hardy and Morgan Wallen to perform a rousing rendition of Joe Diffie’s 1994 hit “Pickup Man.”

It’s actually the lead single from Hardy’s forthcoming Hixtape Vol. 3: DIFFTAPE album, which is slated to drop on March 29th, 2024.

And not only did we get the studio version last night as well, they’re officially sending it as a single to country radio (it’s being pushed by Morgan and Hardy’s record label, Big Loud):

Who knows, with Morgan’s name involved here, it could very well end up being Posty’s first #1 hit single at country radio.

Post was also pictured in town this past week working with Luke Combs, Brad Paisley, Ernest and more, so I haven’t given up hope that he might do a real deal country project of his own… hopefully, this is just him “dipping his toes in the water,” so to speak.

I mean, we NEED it:

You can watch their CMA performance here, where I definitely think Posty stole the show. The guy was having the time of his life up there… you love to see it:
