for the cupcake:
1 Stick Butter
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Whole Buttermilk
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
frosting:
1 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
