Blind & Autistic ‘America’s Got Talent’ Contestant Brings Judges To Tears With Moving Performance

I’m speechless…

Kodi Lee melted the hearts of everyone watching America’s Got Talent last night with a stunning performance of Leon Russell’s “A Song For You,” one that has been covered by everyone from Ray Charles and Willie Nelson to Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston.

22-year-old Kodi, who is blind and autistic, was escorted to the stage by mother who explained how music has saved Kodi’s life.

“Through music and performing, he was able to withstand living in this world, because when you’re autistic, it’s really hard to do what everybody else does,” she said. “It actually has saved his life, playing music.”

Kodi took the mic, sat behind the piano, and left the crowd in tears.
