Charles Wesley Godwin on national TV… you love to see it.

The West Virginia native made his national TV debut this past weekend for CBS News on their Saturday Sessions segment, and of course, he crushed it.

CWG performed three songs from his recently-released Family Ties album, including the sultry “Another Leaf,” “All Again,” and the title track.

It’s cool to see an artist like him stepping into he national spotlight being exposed to a much broader audience, on the heels of the aforementioned album which is also his major label debut with Big Loud Records.

And of course, these are just a taste of his kickass live show, which you definitely need to check out on his fall run if he’ll be anywhere near you before this year wraps up.

Next week, CWG will play first-ever headline shows at the historic Ryman Auditorium on December 7th and 8th, in addition to four shows in his hometown of Morgantown, West Virginia that run December 14th through the 17th.

And next year, he’ll open for Luke Combs on 12 dates of his Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old stadium tour which will certainly be massive for his career, in addition to heading to already-announced premium festivals like Stagecoach and Buckeye Country Superfest.

You can watch all three of the performances on CBS below, and I highly recommend doing so… they’re awesome, per the usual.
