“Something In The Orange”… literally.

Zach Bryan’s arrest for “obstruction of investigation” last night in Vinita, Oklahoma, has taken the nation by storm.

The music superstar spent a few hours in the slammer in small town Oklahoma for the crime of essentially mouthing off to a police officer, which Zach immediately took to social media to apologize for.

Bryan also took to Instagram this morning to give a summary of everything that happened.

“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of line in the things I said.

I support law enforcement as much as anyone can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize.

They brought me to jail, and there is a mug shot of me floating around. Prayers we can all move on from this and prayers people know I’m just trying the best I can, I love you guys and I am truly sorry to the officers.”

Bryan made it known that he was out of jail and on the road again.

Of course, nobody is making light of breaking the law, especially Zach, but I think we can all agree that there wasn’t much of a “crime” here and cooler heads could’ve, and should’ve, prevailed.

Shortly after the news broke, images of his mug shot were everywhere… and I mean everywhere. From t-shirts to memes… even to playlist covers, social media was buzzing with hilarious memes and content from the whole situation.

While many speculated that this mug shot could be a contender for his next album cover, Spotify has beat Bryan to using the photo.

The country star’s mug shot is displayed loud and proud as the cover of the streaming platform’s “Outlaw Country” playlist. The platform also rearranged the playlist order, so the first song featured is Zach’s “Something In The Orange.”

Bet he didn’t think that song was going to carry dual meaning when he first wrote the #1 hit.

Great marketing, Spotify team.

One of our favorites was a mom telling her daughter that Zach Bryan was arrested because they couldn’t get tickets to his concert.

“I called the cops. I told him we did not get tickets, and they arrested him.”

The little girl seems so content with that explanation she asks no further questions… even the little homies hate TicketMaster…

Zach Bryan’s girlfriend, Barstool Sports personality Brianna Chickenfry, posted a hilarious TikTok with Brittany Spears’ “Criminal” playing in the background.

While the arrest might have been unfortunate for Bryan, the content from it gets a chef’s kiss.
