What’s with this guy?
If you’re lucky enough to not have heard of Baby Gronk by now…well, sorry, but that’s about to change.
Long story short, “Baby Gronk’s” actual name is Madden San Miguel, and the 10-year-old is somewhat of a self-proclaimed football prodigy. (He definitely is if you ask his father).
“Baby Gronk” has built up quite the social media influence thanks to his clout-chasing digital marketer dad, Jake San Miguel, who shamelessly slides into the DMs of pretty much anybody he thinks can help boost the profile of his son.
Baby Gronk has already visited 20 different college football programs, including the likes of Power 5 schools such as LSU, Kentucky, and Louisville, and he was also famously “rizzed up by Livvy” (I feel stupid just typing that) in a viral moment a few weeks ago.
The father’s antics have recently become a hot topic on social media, with many in the sports media world posting screenshots of messages from Baby Gronk’s dad trying to slide in their DMs to get them to collab with his son.

Keep in mind, the kid is in 4th grade. None of this is his doing. It’s all his dad using him for clout, fame, money, and social media followers.
And the real Gronk has had enough of it.
Obviously Baby Gronk gets his moniker from all-time great NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski. But apparently Gronk is done with Baby Gronk’s dad and his clout-chasing antics.
Speaking about the influencer and his dad with Will Compton and Taylor Lewan, NFL linebackers and hosts of the Barstool Sports podcast Bussin’ With the Boys (which Baby Gronk’s dad tried to get his son on), Gronk didn’t hold back:
“Four weeks ago, my brother told me, I was like ‘Yo, did you see Baby Gronk yet?’ He goes ‘Did I see him?’
I go, ‘His dad f*ckin hit me up 500 times already.’
He goes, ‘Don’t do anything with him, the dad is so annoying.’ And then this was like five, six weeks ago. And then all of a sudden, two weeks later, it’s coming out everywhere. My brother died laughing.”
And Gronk said the dad’s taken it too far:
“It’s to the point where it’s awkward. It’s too far…we are cease and desisting Baby Gronk’s dad.”
I mean, like Compton and Lewan pointed out, Gronk may be the only one who can stop him at this point.
It’s all on you Gronk. Do it for all of us.
