What a guy…
It’s no secret that legendary basketball player Shaquille O’Neal is a very generous person, from buying appliances for a couple he met at Best Buy, to buying an engagement ring for a dude he met in a jewelry store, and also delivering Papa John’s pizzas to people in the Atlanta, Georgia area and even paying for 15 of his buddies to get their Masters degrees.
He’s always looking for ways to give and help others, from friends to total strangers, and at a Home Depot while shopping last week, he surprised a family, what looks to be a mother and daughter, by buying them a brand new washer and dryer spontaneously.
In the video below, you can see them very excited to meet and get a photo with the NBA legend, when the mother tells Shaq they’re there to buy a washer and dryer, to which he responds:
“Okay, well I’m paying for it.”
And the mom is clearly very grateful, saying “bless you” and getting very excited that he would be so kind and generous with his money and time.
