Not a great press day for Zach Bryan.
Of course, the talk of the day, especially in the country world, is the country star’s breakup from Barstool Sports personality Brianna Chickenfry.
Rumors started swirling last night that the pair was no longer together, after screenshots began circulating of Zach’s profile on Raya, which is a celebrity dating app that you have to get referred to and be verified to be on.

This morning, Zach confirmed on his Instagram story that he and Brianna had broken up, and Brianna posted to her own Instagram story shortly after that saying she was blindsided by it all, especially the information going public so soon.
Then, this afternoon, she posted a video on her podcast YouTube channel Plan Bri Uncut where she explained that she wasn’t expecting for the news go public yet and he did that completely on his own.
While sitting on the bathroom floor, she tearfully told fans that she and Zach had ended things last night, though it’s not crazy to think that clearly things weren’t going great for a while before that. She also thanked fans for all of their messages, and said she would eventually speak more about it publicly.

Zach has deactivated his Twitter (X) account, which he’s known to do pretty often when he gets himself into any sort of trouble online. Because some of his late night (usually after a few cold ones) tweets that get him in “trouble” from time to time, he’s become a pretty polarizing figure on the app. His Instagram was down for a little while too, but is back up now with comments removed.
So of course, fans were quick to share their feelings on the breakup, and they let him have it… there have also been cheating rumors going around, which he’s been accused of before, so that only added fuel to the fire, so to speak. Of course, all of this is purely speculative, and while being super famous obviously comes with a ton of incredible perks, having your entire life under a microscope all the time is certainly NOT one of those perks. And for a guy like Zach, who seems to really wear his heart on his sleeve, it has to take a toll on you.
This is just a sample of it, with some fans upset with how he’s seemingly handled things with Brianna from what we know publicly, and some excited at the prospects of what this will mean for his music. Yeah, it’s a mixed bag:
