Post Malone is making his case for a country music album, one performance after another, and we are LIVING for it. Taking another step to make a crossover to country music, Post Malone stepped out to start the Super Bowl festivities.

Post Malone took the center field, laying down a beautiful acoustic version of the patriotic song. Malone stepped out wearing a bolo tie, accompanying himself on acoustic guitar. As if that wasn’t good enough, he treats the audience by having a stellar steel guitar player play alongside him, performing a hell of a twang.
Vocally, the performance is rock solid as well. He takes his time, not letting his nerves show, nailing every note.
If this doesn’t make you want to run through a wall for our country, I’m not sure what will.
