“OH MY GOD. Oh my God, I just hit the sh*t out of a f*cking bear.”
That was the (hilarious) reaction of a guy just trying to get home from work one sunny North Carolina afternoon near Asheville when a black bear ran out in front of his car while making a turn.
His dashcam picked up the entire encounter and while it was certainly pretty scary for a second, rewatching it knowing the guy and bear end up okay make it one of the funniest videos you’ll ever see.
He was on the phone with a girl and was just saying he was going to get home and smoke one of the biggest bowls (nice) you’ve ever seen when the bear ran out from the right side of the road and collided with the front of the car, getting sent skidding across the asphalt for at least 100 feet.
For a second he just sits there in utter disbelief before hanging up to go inspect the damage.
I know I shouldn’t be laughing at this, but my goodness I cannot stop. The reaction was actually one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen, and while I feel bad for both him and the bear, this is probably a Top 10 favorite video on the internet for me.
Shoutout to this guy for posting this for us to enjoy. Even though it was probably a bad day for him, I hope he can look back on it and laugh with the rest of us, because the entire situation is hysterical.
