SEVEN HOURS OF COMMERCIAL-FREE FOOTBALL!

…Unless your building gets evacuated. NFL RedZone host Scott Hanson doesn’t stop for anything.

My guy deliberately dehydrates himself like I’d do before a three-hour movie screening or an international flight so that he doesn’t need bathroom breaks on NFL Sundays. He’s a genuine All-American gentleman and a scholar of the gridiron.

So while I was uncertain how to initially react when RedZone had to evacuate their building — everything’s totally fine, by the way — it was flat-out hilarious when Hanson acted like nothing was really amiss when he broke the news on air.

Before Hanson even got an explanation as to what the reason was for the evacuation, he was back on X to let the people know that he was safe and sound.

The iconic host even replied to some of the best memes that poured in from concerned fans of the program, which may be the best part of the whole saga.

We got something resembling an explanation from NFL Media. All good, no worries!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Scott Hanson. Imagine all the doomsday/worst-case scenarios that could run through your head.

Seemingly unbothered by any of those, Hanson prioritized seeing Week 12’s edition of NFL RedZone all the way to the concluding highlight package.

Y’all, the Internet really brought it with some of their reactions.

Most of the sentiment revolved around how impressive Hanson’s grace under pressure was, and since he’s a national treasure, everyone wanted to make sure he was alright.
