See, this is why people who live in Nashville avoid Broadway.
Now let me start off by saying I’m just assuming this guy’s a tourist. I guess it’s possible that he’s actually a Nashville local. But if he were, chances are he wouldn’t be at Jason Aldean’s in the first place. So the safe bet is that he’s not from around here.
A video posted to TikTok shows the man taking a leak over the side of the balcony at Jason Aldean’s rooftop bar in downtown Nashville, as people just casually go about their business in the alley below this guy’s stream.
And what’s worse is that the people around him are either cheering him on or not paying him any mind.

Yeah, that’ll ruin your bachelorette party if you’re walking below that balcony.
It’s this kind of stuff that’s given Broadway such a bad reputation in recent years (well, that and the fact that it’s basically turned into a bunch of shitty corporate bars that play more ’80s rock covers than actual country music). And this isn’t the first time that somebody’s been caught letting it fly off the balcony of one of the bars downtown.
Back in 2019 a guy was arrested for doing the same thing off the balcony of Honky Tonk Central.
And just a few months ago, a guy was arrested for whipping it out and peeing on other bar patrons – also at Jason Aldean’s.
And of course who can forget the man who was arrested for swinging his colostomy bag around and hitting police in the face with it outside of Kid Rock’s bar.
