Watch Episode 2 Of Randy Travis’ Documentary, ‘More Life’

If you enjoyed the first episode of Randy Travis’ documentary More Life, you’re in luck, because episode two is officially out as well.

This episode is all about how the famed country singer’s career kickstarted, as Martha Sharp, the former vice president of A&R, Warner Bros. Records, recalled the first time she discovered Travis.

Sure enough, Travis was the first artist Sharp had ever signed.

She was also the one who changed Randy’s stage name, which was originally Randy Ray, to Randy Travis.

The episode then transitions to Travis singing his 1988 hit song, “Deeper Than the Holler,” off of his Old 8×10 album at his show celebrating the 25th anniversary of his Storms of Life album.

The episode also touches on the country singer’s battle with viral cardiomyopathy, which ultimately led to his stroke that initially made him unable to walk and talk.
