This manhunt for Brian Laundrie has been an absolute rollercoaster.
From Gabby going missing, Laundrie fleeing his home, Gabby Petito’s body being found in Grand Teton National Park, to the thousands of tips of the man’s whereabouts from everywhere to the Appalachian Trail to Canada, to Dog the Bounty Hunter and John Walsh taking part in the search, and to Laundrie’s family’s attorney calling out the celebrities for seeking attention, and everything in between… it’s been a wild ride.
And it just might be over.
BREAKING. The Sarasota County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed to @WFLA that they have been called by the North Port Police Department to the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park #BrianLaundrie

According to NBC News, officials have found personal items confirmed to belong to Brian Laundrie in the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park in Florida, five miles from his home. The site is also near the Carlton Nature Reserve where authorities had conducted most of their search.
Nearby those belongings, they also found “partial human remains.”
Is that like a finger? A leg? Some hair? Who really knows…
But now, medical examiners and cadaver dogs have been called to the scene as well.
Laundrie attorney Steven Bertolino had this to say:
“Chris and Roberta Laundrie went to the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park this morning to search for Brian.
The FBI and NPPD were informed last night of Brian’s parents’ intentions and they met Chris and Roberta there this morning. After a brief search off a trail that Brian frequented some articles belonging to Brian were found.
As of now law enforcement is conducting a more thorough investigation of that area.”

Nothing is official yet, but this appears to be the most promising evidence they have found so far.
Did Brian Laundrie’s Parents Plant The Evidence?
Folks on Twitter have a sneaking suspicion that Brian Laundrie’s parents, who from the very beginning have been shady as hell, may have planted the recently discovered items belonging to their son.
According to the family’s lawyer, Chris and Roberta Laundrie went to the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park this morning to search for Brian. And wouldn’t you know, they immediately found some items that belong to him.
Needless to say, Twitter wasn’t having it.
After 5 weeks of intense investigation and searching by the FBI…how do belongings of Brian appear near one of his favorite trails conveniently when his parents show up to help “search”?!?! #BrianLaundrie

I need confirmation as to WHO found Brian’s backpack…#BrianLaundrie . It would just be WAY TOO UNLIKELY that it was his parents and not the FBI or what is even the point of them. The parents find him, the Bethunes find Gabby…. Come…on…

So we are expected to believe a massive manhunt, with the FBI, police and dogs were all unable to find a shred of anything connected to #BrianLaundrie, but his parents go to the site a month later and in minutes suddenly find his belongings? Huh.

How the hell does the FBI search every inch of that reserve and come up with nothing but the second the parents arrive something is found…..This is a crap show and it’s obvious the game they are playing…time to charge them with obstruction of justice. #BrianLaundrie pic.twitter.com/gRo6j9ie3A

Laundrie parents show up and after a brief search, find Brian’s belongings at the reserve. This, ladies and gentlemen, is Netflix Making a Murderer planting the Rav 4 right before our eyes. Except Brian did do the murder. Hopefully Justice comes for Gabby Petito #BrianLaundrie https://t.co/gSN9deDQi2

Chris & Roberta Laundrie spent all that time in their backyard “planting,” so that they’d do a good job planting evidence when the time came. 😑 #BrianLaundrie #GabbyPetito #dirtylaundries https://t.co/sdS8UeHNfn
