Jason Aldean Called Out After His Nashville Bar Hosts Live Taping With Vaccine Requirement For Attendance

Well that’s… interesting.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you undoubtedly saw Jason Aldean make headlines for ripping the governor of California, Gavin Newsome, over the mandatory vaccine requirement on kids in school.

Long story short: If you’re a middle or high school kid in California and you want to attend school in person, you need to get vaccinated.

In an Instagram post, he said the people of California should be outraged:

“So let me get this straight! It is no longer our decisions as parents (or free Americans) to make decisions about our kids, Gavin Newsom makes those decisions for us now?

You gotta be kidding me! People in California should be outraged and people everywhere else better start standing up and speaking out NOW.

This is not how America and being free works.”

It was all over the news with more Conservative publications praising it as a stand for freedom, and more Liberal-leaning publications calling him a moron for endangering the public health. So it goes on the news these days…

However this morning, the Jason Aldean vaccine stance took a weird turn.

A number of folks on Twitter called Aldean a hypocrite after it was revealed that few live tapings featuring Jason himself, Brooks and Dunn, and Darius Rucker, will be filmed today at Jason Aldean’s Nashville bar, and according to the audience requirements, you need to be vaccinated.

Bit of a head scratcher, eh?

But there’s a catch…

Nashville-area radio station The Big 98 put out a call to RSVP for the event, which is ran through Audience Company Nashville. Their tagline reads:

“We create unforgettable experiences by providing exclusive crowds, extras & audiences to the Nashville Entertainment Industry.”

So whatever these live tapings are for, it sounds like you have to signup through this audience company to go, and their policy may be that you need to be vaccinated to attend.

Either way, it’s still an odd look for Jason Aldean, who’s been very vocal about vaccines recently, to be taping a show at his OWN bar with a mandatory vaccine requirement in place for the audience.

My guess is Jason Aldean has no idea about the event company or who was contracted to provide the audience and what their policies are. He’s just gonna show up, sing his songs, record some shit for something TV special or whatever… and go home.

But still, we live in a world where nobody cares to look into anything for more than a second, things spread like wildfire on social media, and now, you’re trending on Twitter for looking like a complete hypocrite.

And if nothing else, it at least makes you look clueless about what goes on at a bar with your name on it.

Of course, this all comes on the heels of Jason and Brittany Aldean’s public denouncement of President Joe Biden with their “Anti Biden Social Club,” “Impeach 46,” and “Hidin’ From Biden” shirts.

They have been all over the news lately after her anti-Biden t-shirts created a firestorm in the comments section of their respective Instagram accounts. And then when the kids were featured in “Hidin’ From Biden” shirts, the conversation got even more intense… and a lot more media attention.

But recently, Jason addressed the situation, saying that he refuses to apologize for his beliefs:

“I will never apologize for my beliefs or my love for my family and country.

This is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep it that way.”

And in light of this new post about vaccine mandates, it appears as though he is doubling down.
