Country music superstar Morgan Wallen was arrested once again, this time after he reportedly threw a chair of the 6-story roof of Eric Church’s new Nashville bar, Chief’s.

Metro Nashville Police officers arrested Morgan after the chair struck the ground just a few feet from them and they confirmed via security footage (as well as word from the staff), that he was the one who threw it. He was also reportedly laughing after the incident.

Wallen was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment, two counts for the two officers who were in the vicinity and one for the danger to the public. Wallen was also charged with disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $15,250.

Wallen’s attorney released the following statement:

“At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”

In the videos captured by bystanders, you can see Morgan Wallen being questioned and detained by police:

And then from the back of the cop car, you can see Morgan laughing and smiling. Whatever he said, he had the police officers cracking up too:

He left the downtown jail a little before 4am:

Of course, this isn’t Morgan’s first brush with the law. He was arrested at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville for disorderly conduct after he smashed a glass on the bar counter and was asked to leave by the staff. When he refused, police were called and he was arrested.

Morgan, take you own advice… leave them Broadway girls alone, man…
