Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen filed for divorce back in 2022, and it appears that time is healing some wounds.
Even if those wounds could allegedly be a little bit deeper than some initially knew. According to the Daily Mail, Tom Brady is still grappling with his ex-wife Gisele’s current relationship with her jiu-jitsu instructor, but has learned to accept it.
The former NFL star is reportedly trying his best to move on and keep things amicable for the sake of he and Gisele’s children. There is somewhat of a sore spot though, and that stems from the relationship timeline between Bündchen and her instructor Joaquim Valente.
Based on information from sources that talked to the Daily Mail, there’s at least a chance that Gisele and her former instructor have had a relationship that started “years ago.” Like, as in when her and Brady were still married.
The source talked more about the timeline, and how Brady has gotten over all of it regardless:
“If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren’t taking it slow. Tom has accepted it.”
I’d be crazy to say “poor Tom Brady” right?
Despite those rumors, which the insider seemed to confirmed with their statements, Tom has nothing against Valente. Mainly because he’s thinking of what’s best for his children:
“Tom and Joaquim are not friends – but Joaquim is around his kids, so Tom has to find the good in him and does believe he is a good guy.
If Joaquim ever becomes a father figure to his kids, Tom will be able to adapt.”
In the past, Bündchen had shot down any connections to Joaquim, and said they were nothing more than friends. With this new information, and the fact her and Valente were seen kissing in Miami on Valentine’s Day, that might not be the entire truth…
