Man, times are changing in Detroit.

I’ll never forget being a kid and playing Madden 09 on PlayStation 2, and refusing to play as the Detroit Lions because they went 0-16 back in 2008.

And although the Lions weren’t “0-16” bad for the next 13 years, they’ve consistently been bottom feeders in the NFL.

However, it’s a new day and age in the NFL, and the Lions defeated the Los Angeles Rams 24-23 to win their first playoff game since 1992, and there’s officially magic in Motown once again.

Seriously, it’s been impressive watching what head coach Dan Campbell and his staff has done in only three short seasons, going from 3-13-1 in 2021, to 9-8 and barely missing the playoffs in 2022, to going 12-5 in 2023 and winning their first playoff game in over 30 years.

It’s been a hot minute since Lions fans have gotten the taste of a postseason victory, and I can only imagine how electric Ford Field was last night.

Luckily for us, one bada** moment was captured on video inside the stadium last night.

At one point in the game, the cameras zoomed in on Detroit native and legendary rapper Eminem, who was in attendance at the game.

That’s when they began to play Eminem’s smash hit “Lose Yourself,” and needless to say, the crowd starting going berserk.

65,000 plus were on their feet singing the song together. Talk about a cool Motown moment.
