Absolute mayhem. Late night Christmas MAYHEM.
Aubrey Iacobelli of Tallahassee, Florida, woke up in the middle of the night to find a stray cat hiding in her Christmas tree, except it wasn’t a stray cat…. it was a raccoon.
“An early surprise waiting for me in the Christmas tree this morning….”
An early surprise that this woman was WAY to calm about… in fact, she was so calm that she got her dog to help her get it out of the tree. I guess she never heard of rabies…
But when the raccoon finally did come out of the tree, him and Fido had themselves quite the tussle. And by quite the tussle, I mean tree falling over, glass breaking, scratching and clawing and barking and hissing… absolute chaos.
This though…
I laughed way too hard at that. Par for the course for raccoons though, just a straight up nuisance of a critter.
Iacobelli said her dog was fine after the fight and only received some minor scratches. She took him to the vet however, who…
“The vet thought it was hilarious.”
Raccoons are wild, man.
