Paige Spiranac is back at it again.

The former pro golfer turned model and influencer is known for her good looks, rather revealing social media posts, golf tips, and witty opinions that she isn’t afraid to share on social media.

The 30-year-old has gained so much popularity over the years, she’s become the pinnacle of female sports influencing. So much so that you’ll hear all the time people refer to other women in the game as the “Paige Spiranac of soccer” or the “Paige Spiranac of tennis.” No doubt, she’s inspired a ton of young female athletes to follow in her footsteps.

Of course, when you have so much fame, it comes with a fair share of hate as well, with much of Spiranac’s haters railing against the revealing outfits she poses with on social media. With that being said, she was recently a guest on Haley and Hanna Cavinder’s Twin Talk podcast, to discuss the hate she receives on her outfits.

Spiranac said:

“I wanted to be taken seriously as a professional golfer and no matter what I did, no matter what I posted, I would get hate. There was one time where I wore a full turtleneck and leggings.

I was completely covered from head to toe, and people were upset with my outfit. When that happened, I just said, ‘OK, well I’m just going to do what I want to do, and I’m going to wear what I want to wear and if people like it, great and if they dislike it, OK great.”

if you’re not familiar, The Cavinder twins are former University of Miami basketball players who became two of the top NIL earners.

Spiranac continued:

“I was like, ‘OK, clearly no matter what I wear or what I do people are going to be upset about it so I might as well wear what I want and live the life that I want to live.

That’s why you can’t control what other people say or the judgement that they have because they see a small little portion of your life.”

She also discussed why she doesn’t take it personally when she receives negative comments:

“There are also days where I will leave the house and wear sweats and my hair is up and I’m wearing no makeup.

There are different facets of my personality, which I can’t always show on social media, and so I try to not take it so personal when somebody comes at me in a very negative way when they don’t know me.”

Keep doin’ you Paige, I ain’t mad at ya…
