Tyreek Hill Continues To Pioneer Cutting-Edge TD Celebrations With A Backflip Selfie From A Spectator’s Phone

The winless Carolina Panthers had to be feeling themselves early on. Strutting into Miami, taking on the mighty Dolphins with an explosive offense led by one-of-one speedster Tyreek Hill. A nice little 14-0 lead to get things going.

And then…well. The 4-1 Fins turned into who we thought they were. It wasn’t so much a case of Carolina letting them off the hook as it was Miami waking up from a sleepwalk-y start to erupt for 21 unanswered points.

The last of those came on a 41-yard bomb to Cheetah, who celebrated the occasion in typically awesome fashion: By grabbing a fan’s phone and taking a selfie video as he did a backflip.

(Of course he was penalized by the No Fun League for the celebration).

Yeah, I guess he somehow manages to do a backflip and keep himself in frame whilst doing it. I don’t know. The guy is one of the best athletes to ever put on football pads. Like top-five all-time, and he probably ain’t 5, 4, or 3.

This comes on the heels of last week, when Hill raced to the stand s to give a touchdown ball to his mom, only for a fan to unwittingly, albeit briefly, steal it from her. Tyreek surprised and rewarded said fan with a special-delivery, signed ball thereafter.

Hill is on pace to be the single-season record holder for receiving yards. He already has three receptions for 79 yards and that theatrical score today.

Stands to reason he’ll add to his total before Sunday’s end. What a beast. What more can be said? I got nothin’. Tyreek Hill, Tua Tagovailoa, Mike McDaniel and the 2023 Miami Dolphins are an indefatigable electric factory.
