Scary scene at the Thomas Rhett show in Nashville last night.
Thomas was wrapping up his 2023 Home Team Tour with his second show at Bridgestone Arena when a fan suffered a medical emergency.
Those in attendance tried to get the singer’s attention while he was finishing up his song “Craving You,” and once Thomas finally realized what was going on, he walked to the side of the stage as medical personnel rushed in to tend to the man.
It’s unclear what happened, but the man named Terry was ultimately taken out of the arena by first responders on a stretcher, though video shows that he was moving his arms as he was being wheeled out, which is a great sign.
But after they got Terry taken care of and taken away for treatment, Thomas didn’t immediately start the show back up: He sat down on the edge of the stage and prayed for the fan.
“Hey y’all, let’s pray over Terry if y’all don’t mind.”
He then led a prayer for Terry as Bridgestone Arena sat in silence:

Say what you will about Thomas or his music, but the guy’s a class act.
And here’s joining TR in praying for Terry and his family and hoping that everything’s ok.
