Sawyer Brown, the influential ’90s group, just unveiled their latest project, and boy, is it a big one.
Set for an October 1st premiere date, executively produced by Blake Shelton, the Sawyer Brown Band movie Get Me To The Stage On Time highlights the band’s accomplishments just in time for their 40th anniversary.

We are so excited to officially announce ‘Get Me to the Stage on Time.’
The film gives a behind-the-scenes look at how we’ve traveled millions of miles, made 24 albums, and played 6,000 shows thanks to a legion of fans we could always count on! And we aren’t even close to being done yet.
‘Get Me To The Stage On Time’ will premiere as part of the Nashville Film Festival on Sunday, October 1. Following the film, we are performing live with some special guests!”
With electric live shows filled with hits like “Step By Step,” “Some Girls Do,” and “The Race Is On,” Sawyer Brown is no stranger to the big lights. This documentary will highlight the group in a new light.
Filled with behind-the-scenes footage that covers thousands of miles spent on the road, spanning their 24 albums and 6,000 shows. If you haven’t been to a Sawyer Brown show, you can feel their energy through the footage.
“It’s pretty surreal to watch your life and memories and music play out in a film, but Get Me To The Stage On Time does an amazing job of capturing what this ride has been like.
I think the film shows not only what it took to get our career going but also what it took to keep the wheels from coming off a couple of times.
It also shows why it means so much to us to be where we are now, still playing shows with new music on the horizon. It’s a look at what it means to never give up, no matter what.”

The documentary features killer clips from shows and the band members discussing their rise to fame and highlights interviews from Blake Shelton, Dolly Parton, Dierks Bentley, and more.
