Carly Pearce Pokes Fun At Herself After Her First Ever Fall On Stage

They say you always remember your first time…falling on stage in front of a massive crowd of people.

It happens to just about every artist at some point or another. It’s dark up there, you’re looking out at the crowd and not at your feet, the stage can get wet if it’s outdoors…just gotta roll with it and hope you don’t get hurt.

Just a couple weeks ago, Ernest took a massive tumble off the stage, but bounced right back up and shook it off like an absolute champ, setting the example for how artists should handle the embarrassing moment when it happens to them.

And unfortunately for Carly Pearce, she just got her first fall out of the way too – but she was able to get right back up and even laugh about it afterwards.

During a show at the Delaware County Fair in Manchester, Iowa, Carly slipped on what appeared to be a wet stage and crashed down hard while performing her hit “Next Girl.”

But she got right back up for the next line, which was ironically:

“He said he never falls this hard
Yeah, I remember that part”

She’ll definitely remember that part.

@kerrimacc I bet she said she never falls this hard 🙃 Yeah….we’ll all remember that part. #fyp #countryconcerts #falls #carlypearce #countrymusic ♬ original sound – Kerrimac

And Carly was able to laugh about it afterwards, posting a video of the fall – over and over – set to Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl.”

If you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

Just hope Carly’s not too sore after that one.
