The news of Kevin Costner and Christine Costner getting a divorce came with quite the shock factor last month.

Christine filed for the divorce back on May 1st, marking the beginning of the end for their 18 years of marriage. However, according to new reports, Christine has been pretty slow moving on and getting over the marriage.

Specifically, she still hasn’t removed her stuff and left the couple’s house despite the prenuptial agreement that Christine would have 30 days to vacate the home once she filed for divorce.

The Yellowstone star claims that he has already given Christine upwards of one million dollars to find a new place, but she still has not left the premises.

The documents that were obtained by TMZ go into detail about the alleged controversy surrounding the couple’s split, as well as additional action taken by Costner to now ask the court to demand that Christine leave the home they once shared.

Kevin believes that the prenup clearly laid out the terms and guidelines for the situation and feels as though she should no longer be welcomed in the house based on the document that they both signed back in 2004.

And on the other hand, Christine is believed to have received around $1.2 million already due to the obligations of the prenuptial, making it somewhat of a “double standard” situation since one side has honored the agreement and the other has not.

The total amount that Costner says he has handed over since the divorce is actually closer to $1.5 million, which is now available to Christine to figure out another living situation.

The document also sheds light on the child support obligations that Costner now has. They both asked for joint custody of their children, but Kevin will be forced to shell out around $30 thousand dollars for a rental house and another $10 thousand for Christine’s moving costs.

That is, if she ever decides to leave the house…

Then again, while Kevin is busy filming Horizon, and the second half of Yellowstone Season 5, he might not even be around.
