Alberta Man Treed By A Big Ol’ Bull Moose

Moose tree

That would give ya a good scare.

I mean, this is a bull moose, one of the largest animals to roam North America.

Bull moose are the largest members of the deer family and can weigh up to 1500 pounds. They are known for their massive paddle shaped antlers that can span 6 feet wide. They also stand 6.5 feet at the shoulder alone…

This is not a small animal.

Bull moose are generally peaceful animals, but they can become aggressive if they feel threatened. During the fall mating season, known as the rut, bull moose can become especially aggressive as they compete for mates. Moose may also become aggressive if they feel their young are in danger.

While bull moose are not typically aggressive towards humans, they can pose a threat if they feel threatened.

It can happen though.

This man was out in his neighborhood when a big ol’ bull moose took a liking to him. Or maybe it was that he didn’t like him?

The moose chased the man up into a tree. The man got his phone out when he was up into safety and got a video of the moose. It marches around the base of the tree seemingly huffing and puffing in anger.

It looks up at the man, just wishing the were at the same level. The moose realizes he will be unable to get to the man and takes off into the night.

I don’t know what this guy did to that moose, but clearly the moose does not like him.
