The old bridge jump usually doesn’t lead to much other than a cheap thrill and some laughs with the boys (and possibly a broken neck if you don’t know the river below).
It’s always a good time for thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies, but I can’t help but think, “what happens if you hit something in the water?”
And I’m thinking about rocks… not fish.
Every fisherman knows a lad that tells you he once caught a fish with his bare hands, we all half believe him and wait for the opportunity to try it ourselves. It’s definitely plausible but takes those perfect circumstances whether the fish is tired out from something or you can completely sneak up on it.
Those circumstances aren’t at every fishing hole and really is probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity if it ever happens to you.
Clearly, nature loves to throw curveballs at us and show us these weird events and opportunities when it is least expected.
Like bridge jumping for example. No person in their right mind would think that jumping from a bridge would lead to catching a fish with your bare hands, but you never know what is in store.
This fella was out for a day with the boys just having some fun. They were watching each other jump off a decently high bridge into a river.
The man jumps and comes back to the waters surface holding a big ol’ fish in hand as the boys on shore lose their minds.
Just some guys being dudes… jumping off things and catching fish.
