Koe Wetzel Releases “Better Without You” Studio Video, Live From The Sonic Ranch

Koe Wetzel country music

I am an absolute sucker for a studio video.

Maybe it’s because I recall going to the studio a very few times with my father, but there is something about seeing all the different parts come together from a session that draws me in.

Koe Wetzel released a second video from inside the Sonic Ranch studio in Tornillo, Texas, a performance of “Better Without You,” off his latest album, Hell Paso.

The ultimate f*ck you breakup song.

Wetzel sings the song with such causality as he sits in the booth shirtless, resting his hang on his acoustic… classic.

As he sings the jabby lyrics to whoever inspired the song:

“I’m doin’ better without youI’m doin’ better without you bein’ aroundTook me 10 years of tryin’ to finally findI’m doin’ better without you…”

The other band members are panned to feature in the video.

Koe has put together a hell of a band to accompany him on tour and in the studio.

Jared Easterling on drums, Mason Morris is on bass, Odis Parrish and Shyloh Powers playing guitar… all of them together are a force to be reckoned with.

I hope we continue to see more of these Sonic Ranch videos from Hell Paso.

They are just so damn good.
