Looks like Beast Mode got booked in.
Former NFL star running back Marshawn Lynch was arrested for driving under the influence in Las Vegas today, according to TMZ.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department said that Lynch was pulled over near the Vegas Strip on Fairfield Avenue and West Utah Avenue at 7:25 AM this morning. Sources say he was bumping into curbs on the side of the road before he got pulled over.
After a conversation with Lynch, they believed he was under the influence, and was booked into jail for DUI.
He refused to take a breathalyzer test, but did have his blood drawn.
Dude looks like he had a few too many…
For those who don’t know about Beast Mode, he’s known as one of the hardest-hitting running backs of all time, playing for 12 seasons and winning Super Bowl XLVIII with the Seattle Seahawks in 2014, and a five-time Pro Bowl selection and two-time NFL rushing touchdown leader.
He played for the Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks, and closed out his career with the Oakland Raiders.
Over his NFL career, he amassed 10,413 rushing yards, 85 rushing touchdowns, 2,214 receiving yards, and nine receiving touchdowns.
All I gotta say is he better back on Peyton and Eli this year.
