‘Yellowstone’ Star Cole Hauser Congratulates His Son For Receiving Football Offer From Mississippi State

We all know Cole Hauser as the tough as nails, hard nosed Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone, and has starred in a number of great movies in the past, like Dazed and Confused, Good Will Hunting, Olympus Has Fallen, and more.

It’s actually shocking the number of great roles he’s been in, and I totally forgot he was the bad wingman in The Break Up.

However, we tend to forget that at the end of the day, the 47-year-old is a big family man, as he’s been married to photographer and actress Cynthia Daniel since 2006 and has three children, Steely Rose, Ryland, and Colt Daniel.

With that being said, apparently his son Ryland is a beast on the football field, as he’s a rising senior at Jensen Beach High School in Jensen Beach, Florida.

According to his Twitter bio, he stands at a whopping 6’5” and weighs 225 pounds, and plays wide receiver, tight end, and defensive end wit a 40-yard dash time of 4.68 seconds.

Pretty damn impressive, and it’s ultimately landed him an offer from Mississippi State head football coach Mike Leach.

Posing with coach Leach himself, Ryland tweeted out:

“Beyond Blessed to Receive a SEC DIVISION 1 offer from Mississippi State!!”

Needless to say, ol’ Cole is probably incredibly proud to see his son receive an offer from the best college football conference in the nation, and he proved that by responding to his son’s tweet:

“So proud of you son! Keep up the hard work and dedication.”

Also, the kid is a spittin’ image of his old man.

Of course, he hasn’t committed yet, but typically one bigtime Division One offer means more to come, so we can probably expect to see both Cole and Ryland performing on the big stage sometime in the near future.
