Riley Green Debuts Unreleased Song In Alabama, “Song On The Radio”

Riley Green debuted a brand new song last night, seemingly called “Song on the Radio.”

He sang it at one of the first stops on his We Out Here tour at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama, and it’s right in his wheelhouse.

From hunting, to fishing, to watching college football with his dad, Riley recounts all of their special memories together from growing up until this point in his adult life. As the song goes on, he imagines what it will be like when he gets to do the same things when he has a son of his own one day.

And, as you can imagine, he got a big reaction from the home crowd when he sang about watching “Alabama beat the hell out of Tennessee”.

Check out the new tune for yourself… and if you’re a Vols fan, consider this a fair warning.

“Just have cut it a couple weeks ago, we’re gonna put it out, I imagine. It’s the first time I’ve played it, so wish me luck.”

No word on if this could be a song he’s cutting for an upcoming album or as a single, but I sure hope it’s the beginning of more to come on that front.

There’s still so many unreleased gems we didn’t get to hear on Behind The Bar.
