Two Guys Recreated The Legendary 382-Mile Mini Bike Ride To Aspen In ‘Dumb And Dumber’

“Someplace warm. A place where the beer flows like wine. Where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I’m talking about a little place called Aspen.”

Dumb and Dumber. Arguably the most ridiculously incredible movie of all time…

And that’s why we find ourselves laughing our asses off every time we watch it.

It’s also funny whenever you’re driving down the road, and next thing you know you pass a couple of dudes riding together on a moped, and we all have that image of Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels flying into Aspen, Colorado, soaked in piss, coming rushing into our heads.

Believe it or not, the movie was an inspiration to some people, and two guys decided to actually re-live the infamous trek of Harry and Lloyd… All the way from Nebraska to Aspen.

With an elevation change of 15 THOUSAND FEET with a near exact replica of the original mini-bike used in the movie.

Needless to say, they estimated the trip to take about a week, a little longer than the three minutes it took in the movie.

The two guys, Ari and Zack, were poised to complete the trip. After experiencing a ton of ups and downs, some mini-bike issues, and dodging a cop along the way, they finally make it to their destination.

Aspen, Colorado… where the “beer flows like wine.”

Crazy? Yes. Committed? Yes. Incredible? Absolutely.
