Luke Combs is spending his first Valentine’s Day as a married man on the track today.
Tasked with kicking off the pre-race festivities, Luke is live at Daytona International Speedway today for the 63rd running of the Great American Race, the Daytona 500.
And prior to the performance, Luke spent some time chatting with NASCAR legend Richard Petty.
With his signature red solo cup in hand, donning that badass Dale Earnhardt jacket, Luke and company took the stage for a rocking performance of “Cold As You.”
I mean, look at that jacket….
“What a great day. I get to spend Valentine’s Day with the love of my life at the Daytona 500.
This woman makes me a better man every single day. Also we got to play a show in front of real people for the first time in a YEAR! What a day.”
If you remember back to last season’s Cup Series Championship, Luke Combs also kicked off that race with an acoustic performance of “Blue Collar Boys” and “Angels Working Overtime.”
