Beer. And more beer.
If you’re like us, you find yourself drinking a tad bit more than usual as of late.
Up-and-comer Jameson Rodgers just released a new drinking anthem (co-written with Hunter Phelps, Brett Tyler, and Alysa Vanderheym) with the biggest thing in country music, Luke Combs, called “Cold Beer Calling My Name.” We need all the new music we can get during these fucked up times, and this helps.
“It’s a fun, easy song, and I thought it’d be cool to have someone on it and at the time I was out with Luke Combs. I asked Luke if he’d like to sing on it – I know he’s a cold beer drinker like myself – and luckily it worked out and I’m excited for everybody to hear it,” Rodgers said.
It’s just a good ol’ drinking song. In fact, we’re cracking a few right now. Don’t look at your watch. It’s five o’clock somewhere.
