A 96-year-old father had his speeding ticket case dismissed by Judge Frank Caprio in a video that has now gone viral.
It’s a tear-jerker.
In the video, the elderly man explains he has to take his son suffering from cancer to get blood work done, and that he only drives when he has to. Judge Caprio takes the time to tell the man what a stand-up father he is.
