“Why” Is Jason Aldean’s Best Song

During Sunday’s ACM Awards, Jason Aldean was given the ACM Artist of the Decade award. The one and only, George Strait, presented Aldean with the honor.

Prior to accepting the awards, Jason did a medley of his hits, but unfortunately, he stuck to songs like “Dirt Road Anthem,” and left out all the early hits that put him on the map.

I ended up tweeting the following:

As you see, plenty of people agreed with me, while others offered their opinions. Released in 2005, “Why” appeared on Aldean’s debut album, and was his first #1. Two other songs often mentioned in the above tweet were “The Truth” and “Amarillo Sky” – both are awesome, no doubt.

Go ahead and @ me, but “Why” is my pick. Here’s a refresher.
