If Applebee’s dollar drink of the month promotion has proved anything, it’s that cheap (or free) booze puts asses in the seats. No joke, Applebee’s saw a 14-year high in sales this past year all thanks to their “blacking out on a budget” campaign (our words, not theirs) and it looks like Busch Gardens is following suit.
For all of 2019, every customer over the age of 21 will receive two free beers, yes, TWO FREE BEERS, every time they visit the theme park.
Two free beers just for walking in the door? Look, I’ve never been to Busch Gardens, maybe it’s a good time, but I can’t remember anyone in my entire life ever saying “went to Busch Gardens last weekend, it was awesome.” Just has never happened. If I’m a betting man, I say they’re not doing so good.
This is about to change all of that.
