Listen, I think we can all agree: Mark Zuckerberg is a weird dude. The founder of Facebook and current CEO of parent company Meta is undoubtedly a genius, but like many other geniuses, acting like a normal human being seems to be a tough task for him sometimes.
And that was on full display last night at UFC 298.
Zuck, who has taken up MMA himself, made a surprise appearance with Alex Volkanovski during the fight last night, standing in Volk’s corner as he prepared to take on Ilia Topuria.
Zuckerberg and Volkanovski have become close since the CEO began taking up MMA, and have even trained together in the past, so it wasn’t a huge surprise to see Zuck there to support Volk as he stepped into the octogan.
But the internet couldn’t help but laugh at how awkward Zuckerberg looked as he tried to fit in:
