Cody Jinks does it again.

One of the most accomplished independent artists in country music, Cody Jinks is gearing up to release his next studio album, aptly titled Change The Game. If anyone has changed the game, proving that you can still have success as an independent country music recording artist, without an ounce of support from country radio or Nashville, it’s Cody Jinks.

And today, he’s here to deliver the title track to the new project:

“I remember playing the song ‘Change The Game’ for the first time in December of 2022 in Vegas, sixteen months before the ‘Change The Game’ record will be released.

I think we’ve played it every show since! I love playing the song every night and I love the message I think people are getting from it.”

Produced by Ryan Hewitt (Red Hot Chili Peppers, ZZ Top) and Jinks’ longtime bassist, Joshua Thompson, Change The Game will be released March 22nd.

Of the album, Jinks says:

“This is the most open and honest record I’ve ever recorded, I laid everything out.”

Give it a listen:
